Mark Hughes – CEO

Mark is a serial entrepreneur and business builder. His accomplishments over the years include the invention of the remote car starter and one of the the founders of a national online directory serving over 100,000 customers and 14 million business listings. He has been the president of a nutritional marketing company and owner of a Digital Agency. Mark developed a comprehensive local marking platform called LocalMojo along with deep insight and strategies to dominate local search results with over 24,000 websites.

In the 90’s Mark was personally responsible for over $48 million in sales at Excel Communications and was a Senior Vice President of marketing for a division of Sony’s WebTV when the division was sold to Microsoft for $460 million spawning the MSN Search Network, (Now called Bing). Mark also serves as the CEO of W-Twelve, parent company of AgencyWeb.

Richard Proodian – CFO

Richard has 35 plus years of executive level management experience including as a Corporate Officer, Board Director, and Committee Member. Richard has also been instrumental in the development and implementation of corporate planning and strategy for several publicly traded companies. His credentials include, Managing Director of EquiFin, LLC and CFO, COO, Director and Co-Founder of BioRestorative Therapies Inc. a NASDAQ listed company.

As CFO of AgencyWeb and W-Twelve, parent company of AgencyWeb, Richard oversees all financial and compliance aspects of the company.

Steve Wilson – President

As President of AgencyWeb Steve is responsible for all sales and client facing aspects of the agency. Steve is an accomplished C-Level Executive with more than 30 years of experience in establishing sales and marketing relationships with clients around the globe. Steve’s client list has included Anheuser-Busch, WalMart, BMW, Dell, Disney, McDonalds, Royal Caribbean, UPS and Procter & Gamble. Steve believes in developing supportive, proactive and data measured partnerships with our clients, where tangible results define the success of the business relationship. His foundational principle for managing our client relationships is Customer Focused Quality (CFQ), whereby every aspect of our business relationship with our clients is defined and measured by how we perform in the eyes of our clients.

Chris Orminston – CTO

Chris began his career at Intel as a Senior Systems Engineer focused on internal espionage and data security. With more than 20 years of experience in software programming, web development, digital direct sales and SEO, Chris is considered one of the top search engine optimization (SEO) and local marketing experts in the field today. He has supported the marketing and digital initiatives of companies like Nike, Virgin, Sony, Lexus, Coleman, Coca Cola, Lenovo, and Asics Shoes.

Chris is a sector leader in the development of advanced optimization and off-page search optimization solutions utilizing the latest search algorithms, content creation, link building and lead capturing pages to expand the digital footprints of his clients. His proprietary platforms help clients build targeted audiences, increase traffic, enhance online visibility, and nurture marketing initiatives by combining robust CRM platforms with proprietary social media growth engines and SEO competencies.

Gregg has responsibility for leading the sales resources for AgencyWeb. With more than 25 years of leadership experience across multiple market segments, Gregg brings an important blend of experience and talent to the organization. His “client first” attitude positions him well to serve the needs of AgencyWeb and its growing list of global clients.

Top earner, life coach, sales trainer, public speaker and Merchant Marine Capt. Gregg and his wife Sherry have five children, and live in St Augustine FL on a beautiful waterfront home on the St Johns River.

Aaron Orminston – Director of AW Intelligence

Aaron leads our data analytics and artificial intelligence resources at AgencyWeb. Through his leadership Aaron has brought metrics, empirical data, and market analysis that has dynamically improved campaign performance, lowered costs and increased the for our clients.

Oscar Luykenaar – Controller

Oscar brings his accounting and finance expertise to the team, with experience in a diverse set of industries. With a focus on technology and efficiency, his talents fall on systems creation and improvements. He has strong experience with long-term planning, ROI, tax/legal/hr compliance, performance metrics, financial systems conversions and cash management. Industries serviced range from tax services to golf course management to technical startup, holding the title of controller or CFO on most teams. Oscar is dual-citizen of United States and Canada.
